Job Description

Responsibilities

 PURPOSE:
Under the day to day direction of the Construction Front Line Leader(s) and Senior Operations Support Specialist, this position will provide administrative support to the Construction Coordinators.

* Administrative efficiencies and improvements
* Excellent internal and external customer service

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Application, receipt, distribution, communication and execution of permits
* Creation, update and execution of WMS/DIS order types
* Utilization of various PC Applications (WORD, Excel, Powerpoint)
* E-mail using the Lotus Notes application
* Quality customer service ¿ internal and external
* Preparation of correspondence
* Cohesive team work
* Customer complaint process

* Material ordering

* Monitor Good Morning Report

* Monitor multiple lotus notes mailboxes

* Tracking and follow-up of  job orders

Qualifications

 Required for Selection:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Experience with PC Applications (WORD, Excel, Powerpoint)
* Experience working within a team
* Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in providing extraordinary customer
   service with both internal and external customers
* Ability to perform duties with limited direction

Preferred for Selection:
* Proficient in WMS, DIS, Ventyx,and Lotus Notes
* Familiar with Company Policies and Procedures
* Basic understanding of the utility industry
