Job Description

Responsibilities

Purpose:

Manages all Equipment Repair Program supporting the Merrimack Valley restoration. Work includes creating, prioritizing, selecting appropriate 3rd party contract resource, and assigning service requests to ensure timely and exceptional customer service.

Key Results:

  • Understanding of, and compliance with company policies as they relate to emergency response.
  • Effective communications with contractor workforce and Lawrence Operations
  • Efficient distribution of workload to all contractor resources to achieve goals and objectives
  • Manage workforce level to ensure timely completion of all daily assignments and exceptional customer service.
  • Achievement of Key Performance Indicators associated with the program
  • Effective data-gathering, order distribution and communication during emergencies.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Directs the activities of all contractor resources engaged in equipment repair requests based upon workload requests and manpower availability.
  • Negotiates and collaborates with contractor resources to coordinate appropriate resources (employees and equipment)
  • Creates, prioritizes and assigns orders to ensure all customer-requested appointments are satisfied.
  • Coordinates the distribution of service work to maximize operations effectiveness through development and design of routing and selection procedures.
  • Coordinates the use of all available resources and overtime that may be necessary and will be responsible for the distribution and efficient use of overtime.
  • Updates work order information in CIS and other applications as required
  • Timely response to inquiries regarding Equipment Repair program.
  • Review performance analysis of field service by individual contractor resource, and contractor
  • Provide performance feedback based upon analysis findings.
Qualifications

Required for Selection:

  • Three (3) years experience in operations.
  • High School Diploma
  • Knowledge of basic PC applications/skills
  • Knowledge of CMA policies and state mandates related to emergency response.
  • Demonstrated skill in organizing, scheduling and planning work to maximize operating effectiveness.
  • Knowledge/experience with CMA¿s computer support applications (i.e., CIS, WOMS, MDT, etc.)
  • Proficient with Ios technologies and applications.

Preferred for Selection:

  • Service operations experience
  • BS/BA degree from an accredited college
  • Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership skills
  • WMS scheduling experience
  • CIS scheduling experience
  • Knowledge of states requirements for facility locating and familiar with Service Quality requirements in each state.
  • WINDISP experience
