Purpose:
The Lead IT Analyst is a part of a Job Family, Service Governance, is responsible for the administration practices and procedures associated with the management of outsourced IT service provider contracts. This position reviews service provider proposals, identifies disparities and resolves basic issues with the service provider. This position meets with service providers both associated with issue resolution but also ongoing update and governance meetings. The position also monitors outsourced IT service provider performance and compliance against contracts, identifies variances, and recommends corrective actions. This position may perform audits to ensure contract compliance and performance, and also collaborates with Corporate Finance to perform the analysis and reporting of the financial aspects of these services.
The Lead IT Analyst, Service Governance will facilitate input from legal resources to provide enterprise level direction on IT outsourced service provider contract relationships, scope, definition, implementation and compliance.
This position is a professional level role and provides administration for one or more outsourcing engagements that range in size, complexity and contract duration. This role functions, somewhat independently, under general direction of managers or directors and generally follows documented procedures and checklists. A successful candidate will be detail oriented, highly motivated, able to work independently, have strong communication skills, with a passion for excellence and owning their scope of work and responsibility.
