Job Description

Introduction

Purpose:

Performs clerical duties relative to operations, including partnering with Operations Center Manger¿s Administrative Assistant as needed as well as other operational related functions as assigned.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Prioritizes projects and ensures target dates are met.
  • Completes budgeting process, including invoice processing, analysis and reconciliation of budget variances.
  • Monitors action items and requests dates for completion to ensure effective and timely completion requests.
  • Creates reports, spreadsheets and graphs by obtaining, compiling and organizing data.
  • Partners with Operations, Integration Center and other key functions to meet strategic goals and objectives.
  • Promotes the necessary environment for effective collaboration.
Qualifications

Qualifications for Selection:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Strong communication and writing skills and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Abilities to perform duties with limited direction.
  • Ability to use discretion when handling confidential materials.
  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills.

Technical/Functional Competencies:

  • Strong computer skills including experience in PC based programs.

Preferred for Selection:

  • Advanced knowledge and usage of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Associate¿s degree from and accredited college.
  • Experience in an administrative support role.
  • Experience working with field Operations.
