Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage high volume Call Center recruiting
  • Heavy phone screening
  • Generate candidate leads through reference checks, referrals and networking
  • Meticulous coordination of aptitude testing and behavioral assessment with external vendor
  • Serve as testing proctor, when needed
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies and techniques to identify top tier talent active and passive talent
  • Collaborate with Sr. Recruiting Partners on recruiting initiatives
  • Recommend and execute strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent
  • Manage on-site interviews with hiring managers
  • Serve as brand ambassador and first point of contact for candidates
  • Provide hiring manager influential guidance on candidate slates
  • Organize, facilitate and document post-interview debriefing and feedback from hiring team
  • Participate in college recruiting, job fairs and other recruiting events
  • Develop relationships with colleges/universities
  • Ensure candidate qualifications meet hiring manager needs
  • Handle confidential salaries and hold sensitive information in confidence
  • Sustain effective working relationships with hiring managers and Human Resource Consultants
  • Research innovative recruiting outlets to cultivate passive talent
  • Utilize knowledge of applicable selection criteria and legal considerations
  • Extend contingent offers to selected candidates
  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues, and external partners
  • Consistent proactive networking to build a pipeline of qualified talent
  • Monitor candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor¿s degree or demonstrated equivalent experience
  • Experience sourcing and prescreening active and passive candidates (preferably in a call center environment)
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel 30 ¿ 35%
  • Ability to manage and execute tasks with multiple conflicting priorities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Knowledge of candidate sourcing and social media tools/resources
  • Familiarity with employment laws and practices
  • Must have a bias for action
